Gate Autoclose

The auto-close gate system is designed to automatically close the gate after a predetermined time.

By authorizing/enabling the auto-close feature, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

You are responsible for understanding and adhering to all safety instructions provided by the installer and manufacturer.
Gated Home assumes no liability for injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from improper use, misuse, or negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gated Home from any claims arising from the installation or use of the auto-close gate system.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gated Home shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, arising out of or in connection with the installation, use, or malfunction of the auto-close feature.
